The weather was temperamental at times throughout the year, to say the least, and yet you all helped reshape each programme to suit the conditions and the needs of our groups, which was greatly appreciated. The staff and cadets all enjoyed your team's fun style of coaching as well as the vast area of knowledge and experience yourself, Matt, Nick, Oli and Ray brought with you.
